These righteous bagels are Montreal-inspired, meaning they're hand-rolled, boiled in honey water for a hint of sweetness, and wood-fired for a signature crunchy exterior and chewy interior.

They differ from "true" Montreal bagels because we proof them overnight for a higher rise, making a perfect base for our handmade schmears and righteous sandwiches.

Named after some of the most righteous left-handers around! Will be served on a Plain bagel unless otherwise specified.
